ACS (Advanced Compute & Solutions) is seeking for a dynamic Technical Program manager (TPM) with strong background in software development and deep understanding of Agile practices. The TPM will lead projects in our ACS Software Development team in our high growth, future-oriented businesses, including Data Science, AI and other emerging areas. This role will work with some of the most exciting up-and-coming products in HP. Your responsibilities will include:Work closely with the software team(s) to facilitate agile development. Scrum Master for multiple development teams. Develop and own user story management, schedules, quality, and critical deliverables.Identify and mitigate risks and facilitate trade-offs for the agile product development team.Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders.Collaborate with management and partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, and/or business practices to resolve issues and accelerate and improve results.Investigate and recommend solutions related to our products and product development.Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities. Support the team to “learn fast” and act on our learnings.Required experience and skills:6-10+ years of experience with software development including at least 3+ years of experience with program management and/or scrum master responsibilities.Extensive experience with program planning tools to create, manage, and track project results. ADO or Jira preferred.Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.External vendor management preferred.Curiosity to learn new things and drive to turn knowledge into business value.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.Scrum Master certification (CSM) preferred.PMP/PMI certification preferred.HP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:•  Dental insurance•  Disability insurance•  Employee assistance program•  Flexible schedule•  Flexible spending account•  Health insurance•  Life insuranceOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $102,500.00 -- $157,850.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
