Learning & Development Support Specialist 2Description -Job Summary• This role is responsible for actively engaging in implementing and designing new web pages, processes, programs, and systems within a specific area in the learning and development function. The role applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to ensure accuracy of learning content, identify skill gaps and suggest next steps for addressing them.Responsibilities- Work with projects built with the React framework and Tanstack, React-query + usage of the above mentioned technologies. Connecting with existing SABA cloud API for more user centered experience.• Participates in new web page design, process, program and system implementations and/or design within the learning and development function, for a single business or geography.• Delivers basic employee support services by liaising with technical personnel regarding training programs, events, schedules, and resources in assigned areas and assuring highly effective, reliable, and timely support.• Uses assigned and/or select delivery mechanisms to ensure consistency and effectiveness of training programs and new learning initiatives.• Collaborates with content creators to ensure that the delivery content is prompt and accurate.• Contributes to resolution of client escalations with other functions and partners.• Analyzes trends and client information to identify gaps in the learning processes and recognize scope for improvement.• Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to contribute to the development and implementation of training workspaces, webpages, processes and their improvements to optimize the customer experience globally.• Recommends solutions to matters of low to moderate complexity and coordinates the implementation of the course of action approved by the experienced personnel of the learning and development team.• Participates or contributes to virtual teams to achieve various training program objectives and incorporate collective input.Education & Experience Recommended• Typically has 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in webpage designing and building, training creation consulting, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.• Four-year or Graduate Degree with specialization in Web design, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Preferred Certifications, Knowledge & Skills• HTML• CSS• Javascript / Typescript• React• Tanstack-Query• Tailwind CSS• Emotion-CSS• Vite• JS Fetch APICross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts immediate team and acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.Complexity• Responds to routine issues within established guidelines.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
