The Talent and Learning team provides learning and development solutions that unlock the potential of our employees, foster innovation, and a growth mindset, and enable HP to fulfill its mission to create technology that inspires ambitious and meaningful progress.This role reports directly to the SVP, Talent & Learning, and partners closely with senior People Leaders, external partners, and colleagues across the Talent and Learning team to lead executive talent management and development solutions and processes, including overall strategy, approach, and supporting resources. Key responsibilities:Design and deploy tools, frameworks, and resources to support the business in developing future-ready talent that positions HP for growth. These solutions facilitate executive mobility, succession planning, career pathways, and individual/team development plans.Provide thought leadership on Executive Talent Management processes, tools, and solutions, informed by external trends and industry best practices and in support of business strategy and needs.Manage the executive assessment process for top talent in partnership with senior People Leaders, the Executive Leadership Team, and an external vendor. Use this process to glean insights that inform customized development plans and learning solutions to help leaders scale to roles of increasing scope and complexity.Use talent data and insights to assess and define the leadership skills and capabilities needed to drive business outcomes now and into the future in alignment with business strategies and priorities.Design and implement the overall executive/leadership development and teaming solutions portfolio for HP. This includes a blend of internally designed and externally resourced opportunities (e.g., executive education, coaching). It also includes creating experiential learning and skill-building opportunities that are outcomes-based and significantly contribute to developing a diverse, high-performing leadership bench.Own the executive success strategy and solutions.
