Solutions ArchitectThe Team and the RoleThe EMEA Mid-Market Presales Team supports organizations to navigate through their digital transformation journey, helps them modernizing their infrastructure, delivers premium experiences and transforms people’s lives.In this team you will be working together with customers across different industries within the Mid-Market segment. You will help them achieve their goals through the value proposition of Equinix’s products and solutions.You will also have the opportunity to support Global Account Managers with Global Accounts, looking after their local business in the country. The role in few pointsProvides basic technology solutioning support to Equinix global field and channel sales Supports development of the account technology strategy (application of Equinix IOA) with Equinix Account Executives Prepares and conducts Customer workshops, prepares and delivers Customer presentations Supports the briefing of Sales teams on the features, restrictions and selling points of new Equinix products and offers Provides technical subject matter expertise to Sales, Marketing and the Industry through support in creating, developing and delivering content for proposals, marketing studies and marketing events With fellow stakeholders in the products and solutions lifecycle Who You AreAt Equinix, we appreciate the power of relationships, and we're seeking individuals who enjoy engaging with people, both customers and colleagues alike. You bring to the team: 3+years of experience working with Cloud Infrastructure Architecture technology, Hybrid environment experience is a plus. Experience in a customer facing role, Solutions Selling in a commercial pre-sales position is preferred Knowledge of how to build high-level designs and target architectures, you also know how to supervise and document them Providing customers and prospects with the most suitable solutions based on their requested requirements and preferences. Designing and presenting such solutions both on-site and remotely Proficiency in English, preferably together with another language Proven Years in the functional domains of Network, Datacenter, Enterprise IT Systems. Experience with implementation and technical support is preferred. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related engineering discipline .
