About the Job
Life360 is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst. The Supply Chain Analyst holds a crucial leadership role in life360 global supply chain, contributing significantly to overall planning, scheduling, purchasing, execution, inventory management, and ERP planning systems processes. As a Supply Chain Analyst at Life360, responsibilities include creating and managing the Master Production Schedule. Addressing supply chain issues, risks, and proposing effective solutions is a key aspect of the role.
What You’ll Do
Develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing purchasing activities.
Assist in forecasting demand and inventory requirements to support production/packout planning and procurement activities.
Deliver high quality project deliverables on time and with high level of attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the supply chain process, maintaining a seamless process from start to end.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the supply chain.
Full-time position, 4 hours per day during US working hours (Pacific Time Zone).
Flexible schedule within the designated time frame to accommodate employee’s availability.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, or equivalent practical experience in supply planning.
Experience in supply chain analysis or related roles, preferably in the technology or contract manufacturing industry.
3+ years of experience in either supply chain, contract manufacturing planning or engineering
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and interpretation using tools such as Microsoft Excel and NetSuite preferred.
Understanding of COGs and Financial Accounting for Materials Management and Planning
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements and technologies.
