Job Requisition ID #24WD76706Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Principal Product Owner to join our scrum team that we are setting up in Pune, India to contribute to Fusion Manufacturing Data Model (MFGDM). MFGDM is the foundation of Manufacturing Cloud and core Data Framework for Autodesk Cloud Flagship Product – Autodesk Fusion. You will report to manager and its a hybrid work model.ResponsibilitiesWork with a range of stakeholders including Product Managers, Experience Designers, Software Architects, senior leadership, and scrum teams to translate business and technical requirements into workable backlogYou will inspire and motivate the scrum team by painting a vision for all and recognizing development progressYou will identify and document detailed condition of satisfactions for User StoriesManage backlog and stay on top of priority questions, ensure incremental delivery of value over timeWork with us ,multiple scrum teams and Product Owners to lead planning and executionParticipate in internal testing and engage with customers to validate deliverables and drive product iteration towards long term visionCreate demos for scrum teams and team membersCommunicate release plan, project status and deliverables to team members in both oral and written format proficientlyYou will create analytics to measure success and identify continuous improvement opportunitiesMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent8+ years of product owner or equivalent experience on commercial Web productsAccountable with a understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile development practices/tooling and a broad knowledge of full software development lifecycleWith the needed and open mind to work with multiple team membersAn, both in written and verbal form, with the ability to present to large audiences and lead group activitiesA multitasker capable of prioritizing and managing your time and multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, results-oriented environmentWillingness to collaborate with colleagues across different time zonesWillingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities and acceptance of changing requirements, even late in the development cycleKnowledge and appreciation of cloud services specially back-end is desirablePreferred QualificationsCertified Scrum Product Owner or Advanced Scrum Product Owner#LI-AK1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
