Job Requisition ID #24WD76755Position OverviewAs the Director of Trust Risk & Compliance you will strategize, build, operate, and mature a global Trust (Security, Privacy, Trusted AI, Resiliency) Risk & Compliance organization and lead cross-functional partnerships in maintaining commitments to Autodesk customers and employees. Your team will deliver fit-for-purpose and integrated risk and compliance functions that enable risk-based prioritization, executive and board level reporting, and support implementation.  In this role you will report directly to the Senior Director of Trust Governance Risk & Compliance and can work in one of our offices, hybrid, or fully at home in North America.ResponsibilitiesLead strategic direction and execution of Trust risk management capabilities and compliance processes to mitigate risk and comply applicable standards/commitments, certifications, and laws and regulationsAdvise and partner with risk owners, and stakeholders in Legal, Product Teams, Finance, Platforms, Sales, Operations, … to maintain end-to-end shared responsibilityIdentify, monitor, report, facilitate closure on risks and findings on Security, Privacy, Trusted AI controls and all applicable requirementsMinimum Qualifications7+ years of direct people leadership and budget oversight (hiring, development, strategy, third-party relationships)5+ years combined of leading Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity teamsA keen ability to balance business objectives with a strong sense of integrityAt least 10 years of experience in the technology fieldBroad expertise in compliance standards, eg. FedRamp, SO27K, SOC, NIST CSF, SOx, etcUnderstanding of data privacy regulations eg. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $182,200 and $294,800. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
