Within PCMS, we spearhead information protection initiatives, offering unparalleled insight into data risks through comprehensive analysis of content, behavior, and threats via a cutting-edge cloud-native console. By preventing data loss and optimizing operational efficiency, our team plays a pivotal role in safeguarding organizational assets.Your day-to-dayLead and develop a team of security analysts specialized in data loss prevention, threat analysis, and endpoint forensics, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.Manage the daily operations of the team, ensuring effective prioritization of tasks and adherence to deadlines.Spearhead innovation in cybersecurity data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and potential threats, leveraging advanced analytical techniques and tools.Compile and present detailed security reports to stakeholders, including senior management and clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Ensure the team is promptly responding to security incidents, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on security findings, incidents, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills to adapt to evolving threats.Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiencies, and optimize workflows within the analytics team to maximize effectiveness.What you bring to the teamSuperior leadership qualities to guide and motivate the team towards achieving their goals.
