This position works closely with the Pre/Post Sales and R&Ddepartments. The Support Engineer is required to provide clear and concisecommunication with all forms of clients and internal peers.Your day-to-day• Close interaction with Product, Engineering, PS, TAM and CSM teams• Responsible for advanced troubleshooting of Illusive products and services• Work with the customer to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, replicate customerenvironments and product problems as needed. Document issues and collaborate withR&D when needed to provide solutions.• Act as Subject Matter Expert in Illusive technological areas to support team members• Document technical inquiries. Develop and review content for knowledge sharing forboth internal purposes and customer facing platforms.• Ability to think “out-of-the-box” and develop creative solutions to address clients’requirements What you bring to the team:• Preferable BA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalentpractical experience• At least 3 years of experience with supporting, developing, and implementingapplications• Strong knowledge of Relational & non-relational databases and SQL• Strong knowledge of Windows environments: windows servers, event logs, GPO -MUST• Familiarity with - Active directory, DNS, Kerberos, NTLM, Azure active directory, MDE• Knowledge of Linux: system and network configuration, software installation,troubleshooting, bash scripting, etc.• Knowledge in cyber - lateral movement, cyber-attacks - Big Advantage• Strong analytical abilities to quickly resolve process/technical problems, evaluatealternative approaches and recommend the most efficient and effective solutions• Familiarity with deployment tools - SCCM, Intune, Tanium - Advantage• Familiarity with PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk) - Advantage• Familiarity with Java, Pythin, C++ - Advantage• Excellent communication skills• People person and team player• Self-learner and independent executor• Strong collaboration and communication skills• Fluent English#LI-RemoteIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
