You will drive successful change initiatives within the partner ecosystem, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies.You will report to our Sr. Director of Program Management with primary focus areas to include:Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support the Global Partners Organization's objectives and initiatives.Assess the impact of changes on partners and stakeholders, identify potential risks and resistance, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and dedication to change initiatives.Build and deliver effective communication plans, including written materials, presentations, and training resources, to facilitate understanding and acceptance of change.Craft and manage activities, such as workshops, training sessions, and feedback sessions, to drive engagement and participation.Supervise and measure the efficiency of change initiatives, analyze feedback, and make recommendations for adjustments or improvements as needed.Stay current with industry trends and standard processes in change management, and proactively identify opportunities for improving change management approachesFoster a culture of continuous improvement and change readinessInformación sobre la función Buscamos gerente sénior de Gestión del Cambio para incorporarse a nuestra organización Global Partners. This role will be responsible for developing a comprehensive change strategy to minimize disruption to Partners while ensuring adoption of changes.Basic Qualifications3+ years of cross organizational program management within a go to market, SAAS, software organization3+ years of proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Operations or Partner ManagementOther QualificationsExperience and knowledge of organizational change principles, methodologies and tools. preferably in a global or partner-focused organization.Excellent active listening, organization and communication skills.Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, influence and collaborate across teamsA strategic problem solver with the ability to see the big picture and pay attention to detail.Strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standards.Change Management Certification (e.g Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.Qué esperamos de ustedBuscamos un miembro de equipo experto como gerente sénior de Gestión del Cambio, para apoyar la planificación estratégica del cambio y las comunicaciones sobre programas clave y cambios de experiencia que afectan a nuestros partners.
