Then we followed that with the industry's first solution for truly extending enterprise identity management to applications in the cloud.The ideal candidate on the Azure DevOps team will be a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced job, thrives on problem-solving, and is committed to delivering seamless product availability to large enterprises around the world. Responsibilities include: Build and maintain a resilient, secure, and efficient SaaS (software as a service) application platform to meet established SLAs  Automate deployment, monitoring, management, and incident responseMonitor site stability and performance and troubleshoot site issuesScale infrastructure to meet rapidly increasing demandManage cross-functional requirements working with Engineering, Product, Services, and other departments.Collaborate with developers to bring new features and services into productionDevelop and improve operational practices and proceduresProactively meet standards for information security and compliance, such as ISO27001, SOC1, SOC2, etc.Must be willing to be part of an on-call rotation. We use a follow-the-sun model so no nighttime alerts. Write and maintain architectural, stakeholder, and policy documentation Create and maintain internal documentation on DevOps processes, and be able to perform live demos to a potentially wide audience of stakeholders Preferred skills or things you will learn in the role:  5+ years of experience in 24x7 production operations, preferably supporting a highly available environment for a SaaS or cloud service provider5+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure environments; Azure strongly preferred2+ years of experience as a .NET developer preferredExperience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform)Extensive Kubernetes knowledge within a scaling environment handling 100s of thousands of hosts is a must  Release automation (Jenkins, Azure DevOps etc.) with CI/CD pipelines  Linux administration, and Linux debugging experience  Experience using programming languages to manage cloud environments at scale, Powershell proficiency strongly preferredStrong understanding of system and networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques  Strong interpersonal, collaboration and leadership qualities - ability to develop processes and influence engineers to adopt said processes   Ability to operate in an agile, entrepreneurial environment that is rapidly evolving Tools & Technologies you’ll work with or learn: Azure, Kubernetes, Jenkins/Cloudbees, Powershell, .NET, VM automationWhat success looks like in this role: Within 30 days you will..... Onboard into your new role, get familiar with our product offering and technology, proactively meet peers and stakeholders, set up development environment.  By 90 days Collaborate with the team to deliver work for assigned projects on time and on qualityGive good estimations to work items and achieve good predictability for delivered work By 6 months Comfortably makes commitments outside of their organization, or to customers Works on larger tasks and projects By 1 year Creates designs for low-to-medium complexity features with ease on a constant basisBenefits and Perks for Mexico based employees: SailPoint is committed to providing our Crew Members with a benefits program that is both comprehensive and competitive.
