The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, a proven track record of leading design teams, and a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly interfaces.Your day-to-day Lead and mentor a team of UX designers in creating user-centered designs for our digital productsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and design solutions that meet business goals and user needsConduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate design concepts to stakeholdersOversee the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring high quality and consistency across all touchpointsStay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX designWhat you bring to the teamBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field5+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleProficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping toolsStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsExperience working in an agile development environment is a plusWhy Proofpoint Protecting people is at the heart of our award-winning lineup of cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success. We’re a customer-focused and driven-to-win organization with leading-edge products—and many exciting reasons to join our team.
