We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! Role Description:Be a strategic partner in promoting data-driven decision-making by transforming raw data into actionable insights for DME business in US/EMEA/APAC/JP  with special focus on PAFE and P0’s. Provide Analytics subject matter expertise by leveraging advanced methodologies, utilizing multiple data sources, tools, dashboards, and visualizations.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDeliver test analysis, JDIs & deep dives with 100% accuracy, on-time delivery, and clear, derived interpretations & insights. Support end-to-end prioritized analytics scope for the assigned P0 track with close collaboration with the PM partners. Ensure insights and data-driven test ideas are shared and collaborate with the partners to include them in the roadmaps.  Track metrics to understand A.com business performance and provide insights, especially on P0 initiatives. Proactively identify and analyze trends within the data to understand user behavior, market dynamics, and performance metrics. Recognize patterns that can inform roadmaps.  Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to visually communicate insights effectively, presenting findings in a clear format. Make complex findings easily understandable, by highlighting key takeaways and actionable recommendations.  Tailor communication styles based on the audience. Offer guidance on data interpretation, ensuring transparency about data limitations to build credibility. Foster a culture of open communication and feedback for iterations & improvement. Lead/participate in trainings and learning sessions for analysts as well as partners Maintain 1:1 connection with the assigned P0 PMs and track owners Collaborate with corp analysts and standardize the methodologies used across teams. Work extensively with Data Engineering to drive the PPC execution and to maintain our dashboards.  Support and contribute to one or more foundational capabilities e.g.  Personalization, Cross Surface initiatives etc. Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
