Adobe's End-to-End Enablement team is seeking an individual contributor to improve tools used by our Self Service Content, Community and Social teams to scale our work . Our teams drive customer self-service, engagement, and value realization from Adobe products and solutions. We do this by delivering enablement content cohesively across helpx.adobe.com, community.adobe.com, apps, web, social, communities, and automated chatbots with velocity and scale. In this role, you'll be a key driver for our our AI-Enabled Self-Service Content Transformation strategy that will allows us to scale content creation governance processes and social and community engagement processes across all our digital media products like Photoshop, Acrobat, Firefly and Express. You’ll also partner closely with our enablement platform teams like Sprinklr, helpx.adobe.com and community.adobe.com and re-imagine how we enable success for our users at scale. This will include items like: Using AI to scale content creation, content governance Using AI to scale community support across social media channels and forums Building, scoping and maintaining needs from platform teams to scale our work Building utilities to extend platforms like Sprinklr and others to work better for us Experience & qualifications 6+ years of experience or proven ability at a consumer software company where most of your work involved building customer-centric content and digital customer care Strong understanding of Self Service content and care processes Experience in strategic leadership, collaboration, and storytelling within highly matrixed teams. Highly organized Strong communication skills that allow you to build a shared vision with partners that are critical to our success. Understanding of CXMs, Content and community platforms Technical skills to script, automate content creation Demonstrable Experience in using large language models for content creation, content analysis and customer care Demonstrated success in cross-regional projects or initiatives coupled with the capability to juggle and prioritize many projects simultaneously. Ability to deliver meaningful insights by triangulating data from various sources and applying a data-driven methodology to prioritization, decisions, and outcomes.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $189,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
