The ideal candidate has a willingness to learn, a troubleshooting mindset to resolve issues,  and communication skills to build relationships with a high focus on customer satisfaction. Our company is mostly U.S. based but have a growing presence in Bangalore, India as well.  Q2’s Atlassian suite is currently in a data center environment, however a move to the Atlassian cloud is coming up soon.  Role description: We are seeking an Atlassian Administrator to join our Shared Services team to provide administrative support for the Atlassian suite (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Crowd, and numerous addons for these systems). As an Atlassian Support Analyst, you will handle administrative requests from a variety of Q2 teams around the creation and updating of projects, spaces, workflows, fields, screens, user management, and more.  This position will have a flexible work schedule, but the right candidate will generally need to be available until midnight IST Monday-Friday.  This position will focus on response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction with support for our Atlassian suite.    Responsibilities: ·       Completes assignments specific to the maintenance and support of our Atlassian enterprise applications.  Monitor Q2’s internal ticketing system for incoming change requests to configuration elements within our Atlassian suite and complete tickets within specified SLAs ·       Create and update projects, workflows, custom fields, spaces, user permissions, and other configuration elements based on the needs of the teams ·       Create and maintain external users from our partner financial institutions in Crowd ·       Troubleshoot and resolve problems teams may experience within our Atlassian suite ·       Configure and maintain various addons for Jira and Confluence, including implementation and deployment. ·       Maintain Q2’s internal Atlassian documentation as the Atlassian suite changes ·       Monitor Q2’s Microsoft Teams channels to assist Atlassian users with questions they have ·       Works on problems and projects of low to medium scope.  Required Skills: ·       Bachelor’s Degree, plus 5+ year of experience (or Advanced degree, plus 3+ year or equivalent work experience ·       The ability to prioritize and reprioritize work, as per the needs and priorities of the teams ·       Experience working with Agile methodologies, both scrum and kanban ·       Experience working with both Jira and Confluence system and project administration within Atlassian’s data center environment ·       Experience working with both Jira and Confluence system and project administration within Atlassian’s cloud environment ·       Experience administering Scriptrunner in all aspects  Strongly Preferred: ·       One or more Atlassian certifications ·       Scripting / coding ability, especially in Java ·       Experience with Bitbucket ·       Experience with Crowd #LI-AS1#LI-Hybrid#LI-OnsiteThis position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
