The organized and analytical intern will join our change management team in the Transformation Management Office (TMO). In this role, you will assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing change initiatives on TMO projects and assisting with building an enterprise change management program across HP.Responsibilities:Assist with research, planning, and implementation of strategic corporate initiatives related to change managementAssist with developing change management plans, including identifying change impacts, researching stakeholders, and conducting & analyzing surveys on TMO related projects.Support change managers in tracking and reporting on change progress and adoptionHelp create and deliver training programs and communications about organizational changesProvide general administrative support to the change management teamRequirements:Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related fieldStrong research, analytical, and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyFlexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentThis role provides broad experience across organizational change management disciplines.
