If you’re passionate about the magic of live entertainment like we are, and you want to work at a company dedicated to helping millions of fans experience it, we want you on our team. THE JOBThe Fulfillment Representative supports Fulfillment Coordinators and Managers by providing assistance on various duties. Representatives conduct tasks related to the fulfillment of individual ticket orders, beginning with order processing, and culminating with package shipment in the most innovative, convenient and fan-friendly ways.This is a seasonal position offering flexible scheduling Monday through Friday, part time, with shifts from 9am to 6pm.You must be able to work on-site, as all shifts operate out of our Fulfillment facility in North York.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGFulfill customer orders by scanning barcodes, reading order details, and matching appropriate number of tickets and/or wristbandsMaintain fulfillment areasSupport Coordinators and Managers with multitasking and organizing of festival projectsTroubleshoot order discrepancies during fulfillment processMust be comfortable sitting for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift up to 20 poundsComplete other projects and duties as assignedWHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)Accurate record keeping and data entryAbility to maintain a steady pace while staying detail orientedAbility to concentrate and focus on repetitive duties​YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)Experience in event ticketing or fulfillment is considered an assetStrong attention to detail a mustMotivated, self-starterWell organizedGreat communication skills, including written and listeningAble to work in busy, high-pressure environmentGood manual dexterityLIFE AT TICKETMASTERWe are proud to be a part of Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s largest live entertainment company.Our vision at Ticketmaster is to connect people around the world to the live events they love.
