The intern will work closely with the Database Engineering team to perform database operation in a non-production environment, test database operation scripts and generate reports.The intern will learn a wide range of tools used by the database engineering team, learning the modern SDLC and participating quality testing workflow, including but not limited to build test cases for function verification, performance verification, fault-tolerant testing, write test report and open bug reports.The intern will have a chance to learn OS patch, database patch, gitlab repo management, network and databases.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS) Current college student in Computer Science or Computer Engineering major with GAP 3.5+Knowledge of software development life cycle, understanding user stories/use cases a plus.Knowledge of SQL.Previous internship experience is welcomed.Having excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Having a strong level of independence can fit in work from home working style.Required EducationCollege students in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with GAP 3.5+.This Job Posting will expire April 1st, 2024.
