We believe in supporting our team to maintain a healthy work-life balance and learn new skills.  About the role:  Databook is seeking a highly-driven Value Analyst with a passion for data-driven analysis to deliver actionable insights to high-level internal & external stakeholders. The Value Analyst will primarily engage in LLM Moderation, Research & Development, Financial & Product Modelling and Data Analytics. You will also be responsible for platform initiatives that drive customer value: managing our approach to data aggregation and IP development, suggesting prompt improvements for our LLM, and continuing to strengthen our core insights platform.  If you’re passionate about enterprise technology, becoming a world-class consultant, and thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment, then Databook’s Value team is perfect for you! Required skill set:  Undergraduate degree in relevant field  1-2 years of relevant strategy consulting or financial analysis experience preferred Proficiency in prompt engineering Proficiency in Excel Working knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is a plus High-level of familiarity with income statements and financial metrics Demonstrated ability to run multiple engagements in parallel  Strong aptitude for process creation and implementation Ability to synthesize disparate pieces of information to create a company point of view Strong communication skills, specifically the ability to present analysis to senior stakeholders Ability to work cross functionally and an ability to communicate complex concepts succinctly Ability to work collaboratively with go-to-market teams and product Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability High attention to detail Demonstrated ability to hustle with a ‘get-things-done’ attitude Collaborative mentality by prioritizing ‘we’ and not focusing on ‘me’ What you will do:  LLM Moderation Moderate flagged answers by our large language model based on core heuristics of quantitative and qualitative value alignment Suggest improvements to prompts to enhance quality of answers provided by our sales insight-focused LLM Offshore Team Liaison Work closely with India-based team to refine processes and drive improvements Refine moderated answers from offshore team members Research & Development – e.g.: Helping to identify new insights from investor documents and financial reporting Expanding Databook’s thought leadership library Expanding Databook’s other IP Financial & Product Modelling – e.g.: Identify and structure new data sets to drive insights Support internal business operations and planning Data Analytics – e.g.: Work with Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI to build dashboards to illustrate trends in usage of our LLM Analyze product usage data to help drive decisions to improve customer engagement Benefits: Competitive salary (with equity) Medical Dental Vision 401k Retirement Plan  Flexible Time Off Employee referral bonus program
