The Opportunity Within the Brand Ops & Production team, the Brand & Creative Operations Lead oversees operational aspects of tools, technology, processes, resource management, and agency partnerships to support regional content creation and production.Most importantly, the Brand & Creative Operations Lead drives the seamless adoption of recent technology, workflows, and systems within the EMEA Studio and Content Production teams that drive efficiency and reduces friction.They lead the operational aspects of our brand and creative initiatives, including project and program air traffic controlling, project portfolios, and reporting.What you'll Do I. Build business relationships to champion efficacyTrain and ensure seamless adoption of Content Supply Chain processes by regional Creative and Production teams.Champions regional needs to corp counterparts and stay up to date on latest technology, systems, and processes.Partners closely with Marketing Operations team, Content & Project Management team, and Integrated Marketing team leads on yearly content planning, budget forecasting, and collaborative working model.II. Foster Creative ExcellenceIdentify and allocate the right resources—both internal and external—for all marketing campaign, asset development, and production.Manage studio resourcing, load balancing, and augmented needs.Anticipate pitfalls and work quickly to avoid or resolve them before they are felt by the team.III. Strive for operational excellenceManage creative production budgets.Oversee, track, and report on creative and production project intake and output via Content Supply ChainOwn and manage agency relationships, including regular briefings, project and financial updates, and creative reviews.What you need to succeed A great Brand & Creative Operations Lead voices an opinion, whether it’s about regional needs or improving processes to achieve our best work. They have a passion for marketing and the creative end product.Ability to work with a variety of marketing contacts including peers, partners, strategists, creatives, and leadership to support and advocate for great work that delivers to Adobe standards.Exceptional project management skills, as well as communications skills both verbal and written will be crucial to thrive in this roleExperience managing partnering agency relationships, including management of staffing, contracts, production budgets, creative assignments and creative review.Ability to balance and manage multiple projects, remain open and flexible, collaborate and negotiate for success.Education & Experience10+ years of experience in senior project or operations roles in a creative industryProven experience working in design and having design sensibility & attention to detailDesign experience +English speaker (first language or extremely proficient) German or French a +Experience working with Adobe Workfront project management tool a +Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
