The Opportunity As the Solution Partner Strategy and Operations Lead is focused on the EMEA business, your role is to support the Solution Partner leadership in driving Partner Created Pipeline and Bookings for the Adobe DX business. The ideal candidate will hold relevant experience and success in optimizing sales processes and programs, as well as delivering highly effective, and efficient sales engines. This will include everything from executing Go-To-Market strategies and programs, driving strategic business reviews through to assisting in the management of day-to-day operations. We’re looking for someone who is highly effective and efficient, with the ability to think strategically, but also keen to roll up their sleeves and “get it done”. Based in London, United Kingdom, you will report directly to the Senior Manager for Global Solution Partner Strategy and Ops, and partner closely with the broader Solution Partner Programs & Sales Operations Teams located across the globe, to make a big impact quickly.What You'll Do Serve as the business partner for the EMEA Partner business, supporting the Sr. Director for Solution Partners, leaders, and team.Drive and operationalize the GTM strategy for the EMEA Partner business in support of global objectives and in alignment with the EMEA sales team GTM.Support partner leaders in maximizing partner impact on pipeline and bookings – proactively provide insights on key levers such as resource & partner productivity, incentives, investments, people enablement, and GTM modelsConduct analysis and develop/drive action plans to remediate existing gaps and exploit new opportunities for growthDrive the EMEA Partner business, weekly reviews (RTBs) & quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and input and support the WW Partner QBRs.Bring increased operational rigor to the ‘run the business’ cadence.Design, implement and manage initiatives with partners to drive pipeline.Support excellence in seller performance by continually assessing effectiveness of sales team against quotas.Oversee attribution case management for partners’ EMEA dealsAssess current business practices and operational workflows and identify/implement innovative approaches for improved efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with the global partner sales & programs operations team to standardize processes and policies, where appropriate, across the regions to bring consistency across the global business.Act as a subject matter expert for Partner Business pipeline practices and be a change driver in the adoption of new and expanded best practices and processes.Leverage and enhance the suite of global reporting to optimally instrument the EMEA partner business requirements as required.Own the execution and adoption of business requirements for CRM and reporting enhancements pertinent to the partner business as required.Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
