And it means we prioritize a diverse F5 community where each individual can thrive.The US/LATAM Benefits Analyst supports the management and administration of benefits and includes all allowances, health and welfare, onboarding, retirement programs, and general HR. They will assist in the planning, development, and implementation of new and revised benefit programs, policies, and procedures in response to the Company's goals to ensure we are competitive in the markets where we do business. They will ensure that our benefit programs are consistently administered in compliance with Company policies and with government regulations through audits, reports, and personal contact.LATAM Focused Main responsibilities:Administer, prepare, and complete employee files according to Company and law requirements per regionCreate and update employee data and records as the need arisesAdministration, payment and delivery of benefits and related allowance to include programs such as: (Meal cards, Health and Life insurance, and Savings Fund)Design, communicate and administer wellness program and benefits packagePoint of contact for managers, employees, insurance brokers and supplierControl of invoices from benefits providersKeep informed of legislative changes per region and ensure local benefit plans are in compliance with regulatory requirementsResearch and respond to questions from employees and management regarding interpretation of benefit plans, including eligibility, covered services and exclusions.Monitor the effectiveness of existing policies, guidelines, and procedures.Evaluate market benefit practices, levels and recommend enhancementsUS Focused Main responsibilities:Support the day-to-day administration of the company’s health, leave, and other employee benefit programs.Answer employee questions as it relates to benefitsProvide strong customer service for our colleagues with respect to complex benefit issues.In partnership with the Benefits Team, support other projects such as annual Open Enrollment and initiatives as assigned.Process monthly benefit invoices from our insurance carriersHave a passion for learning and ability to take on new challenges within benefits as needs arise.Knowledge, skills and abilitiesKnowledge of government regulations as they apply to benefits programs, company policies, and operations for the US and LATAM.Good analytical, planning, and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal skills – “Customer Focused”Ability to work independentlyStrong problem solving and verbal and written communication skillsExperienced user of Microsoft Office productsExperience with HRIS preferredExperience in multi-national tech company preferredBenefits experience in other LATAM countries in addition to Mexico preferred, such as (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile) and the United StatesQualifications:2+ years’ experience in benefitsExperience in HR administrationFluent in English – both written and verbalHRIS systems experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent certification preferredThe Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
