You will be responsible for leading the development and growth of innovative software products in the mobile, image/video, consumer, social, and machine learning/artificial intelligence (ML/AI)/generative AI spaces. Then, we encourage you to apply!Position SummaryAdobe is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Adobe Express product management team enabling creativity through AI across all of our platforms.You’ll work with a distributed team of AI researchers, designers, engineers, marketing to define the next wave of AI tools that enable anyone to create digital designs for social media, videos, fliers and presentations. In addition, you will focus on ensuring the success of Adobe Express on all our mobile platforms. You’ll bring to bear your domain expertise, customer research and market-insights to make informed decisions, and partner with supporting teams to ensure that customer’s needs are being represented at Adobe.Responsibilities: Leading a strategy to ensure that Adobe Express’s mobile experience meets user needs across all platforms.Be the mobile subject matter authority on the team that champions the innovation, consistency and delight across the product. Mentor other product managers on mobile specific experiences and considerations.Creating a roadmap for mobile specific capabilities.Working cross functionally across the organization to demonstrate shared expertise, research and technology that helps develop the best-in-class, industry leading tooling for AI first digital experiences. Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that engage both internal and external audiencesBe an ambassador for the product and, more broadly Adobe, engaging with customers via social media, press opportunities and at industry eventsRequirements:6+ years experience in software product management.Prior experience with mobile and web applications.Relevant experience working with creative software.Relevant experience and a passion for developing AI/ML capabilities.Experience in identifying new product opportunities and developing a vision.Strong customer empathy and proven engagement with customers and partners to truly delight users.Ability to present complex ideas clearly and to rally people around a vision. Outstanding interpersonal skills with both local and remote teams.Ability to work in a team setting and/or independently as needed; self-starter.Ability to rapidly prioritize, make decisions and react to changing market dynamics. Knowing the sweet spot between “getting it done” and building a sustainable product.Highly enthusiastic, creative, with an ambitious spirit and the desire to innovate.Outstanding time management skills.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,800 -- $262,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
