NVIDIA’s SoC Memory Subsystem team is looking for curious, collaborative, and motivated hardware engineers to take our memory subsystem from first silicon power-on to production.What you'll be doing:Bring-up, debug, and validation of DDR memory and memory subsystem, for Nvidia SOC, CPU, and GPU productsPlanning and implementing for debug and bring-up memory interfaces, validation, and feature testing on NVIDIA SoC products.Tuning DRAM interface timingCreating different margins for memory interface and debug the issues which can effect margins.Reviewing DRAM datasheets.DRAM qualificationExercising your expertise in digital and analog systems, computer architecture, and debugging skills to tackle exciting problems.What we need to see:BS or MS EE degree with focus Silicon bring-up and debug (or equivalent experience).6+ years of experience with system level post silicon bring-up and debugExperience with DDR/LPDDR/GDDR/HBM memories and protocols.Working knowledge of PC systems, windows OS, and Linux.Excellent debugging skills. Able to break problems down based on first principles.Possess good collaboration and cross-disciplinary teamwork skills.Comfortable assuming different responsibilities over the life of a product. Ways to stand out from the crowd:Hands on DDR bring-up.Worked with different memory vendors an added advantage.Deep understanding of technology and passionate about what you do.Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, specifically a proven track record to optimally guide and influence within a dynamic matrix environment.We have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us.
