This unique role is focused on delivering superior programs for our Partners and ensuring the Partner experience at Workday global flagship events is world class.About the RoleIf you are creative, passionate about partners, love developing innovative marketing experiences, can drive important initiatives aligned with shared goals, and are data driven, we have the perfect position for you!This role will be responsible for crafting the partner event strategy and programs that showcase Workday Partners as an extension of our offerings and supports the successful implementation of sponsorship programs for Workday events. This role will collaborate closely with the Workday experience marketing team, the global partner organization as well as other cross functional teams to support the execution of best-in-class events targeted at the Workday Partner Ecosystem. Responsible for: This role supports leadership as an events advisor and strategist, partnering with leaders across the global partner organization, marketing, sales, and learning to better connect partner  events with respective programming. Plan and implement partner events to include but not limited to project timeline management, contract negotiations, budgeting and approvals, data analysis and reporting, innovative event concept development, elevation of the attendee experience, support of agenda development, logistical management, and on-site execution.Engage in project management initiatives with the ability to understand and produce timely deliverables.Provide solution-oriented recommendations and manage to budget parameters while handling client/stakeholder expectationsProvide metrics and data to help define success and shift strategy based on outcomes.Work to recognize key business drivers across a range of functional areas and markets.About YouBasic Requirements:Minimum of eight years of related marketing experience with a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.Previous experience working on large conferences, summits, and other types of marketing events with keynotes, pre-conference training, breakouts, etc.Proficient using Google Suite, MS Office Applications, Slack and other enterprise applications.Highly-competent budget development and management skills and ability to continually identify, propose, and implement cost-savings opportunities.Understanding of survey management and builds to collect strategic data.Other Requirements:Uncommonly meticulous, independent and able to successfully manage multiple, concurrent project demands and timelines.Proactively bring new insights and improved processes to the team for consideration.Ability to influence colleagues to think differently and extraordinarily.Strong and effective verbal and written communications skills.Willing to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent good judgment.Our favorite candidates will have strong collaboration and team oriented skills aligned with Workday's values.Sense of humor. Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
