We are a high performing team of program managers, communicators, and business operators who enable the team to deliver cross-functional, integrated programs that drive efficiency, reliability and alignment. Our programs span across our global teams, helping to remove impediments and improve cross-team execution to deliver optimal business outcomes.About the RoleIn this role you will be responsible for cohesive messaging, communication and driving activities that enhance understanding of the vision and strategy from the Chief Product Officer and the Product organization. This includes responsibility for identifying key stories and themes, and developing and executing integrated communication strategies that educate key audiences and drive business results. The ideal candidate for our team is a thought-leader capable of making data-driven decisions to improve the quality across various mediums and experiences. You know how to solve hard problems and make the complex simple, collaborating with cross-functional teams to envision, design, and deliver impactful communications. You inspire others and foster a sense of community where shared ownership and excellence are the collective agreements. Ability to think big, creating compelling messages that people connect to.Ability to successfully communicate and collaborate across a variety of cross-functional teams, partners, executives, product marketers and business leaders.Assist teams by guiding and mentoring them to be self-directed with strong decision making, conflict resolution, clear communication, and transparency.About YouBasic Qualifications:10+ years in project or program management, communications or brand management leading highly visible, large-scale, strategic initiatives.5+ years leading a globally distributed team.Enterprise software industry experience working with product management and product development teams.Expertise with collaboration tools (G Suite, Zoom, Slack, and WorkBoard).Other Qualifications:You possess excellent communication skills and empower a team towards a shared vision.Outstanding relationship-building and partnership skills.A high level of organization and attention to detail.Exemplary presentation and communication skills. Outstanding writing and editing skills; ability to write for a broad spectrum of multimedia communications channels.Successful track record of managing cross-functional programs or projects with globally distributed teams.Easily multi-tasks across competing priorities and critical initiatives.High degree of flexibility, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Innovative mindset – always looking for ways to improve how Workday communicates with and engages audiences.Technology industry expertise, with specific knowledge and experience in the software market.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
