Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and assess regulatory and operational business requirements and controls for efficiency and compliance. You will drive working with teams to craft processes and controls intended to mitigate risk, ensure that controls are being performed and are effective, and report findings to management with recommendations for improvement to ensure adherence.The candidate for this position will possess expertise in audit, compliance and/or regulatory matters, have experience crafting and implementing effective programs and mechanisms, and is expected to develop a broad understanding of business and operations across the GCX organization.Responsibilities:Evaluate global regulatory requirements and recommend controls to ensure adherenceHelp establish/document internal policies, design, implement, and complete controls across business functionsAssist in implementing corrective actions while addressing process and control deficienciesReport results of evaluations to company process owners and leadershipRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or related field in a payments focused environment, with Internal audit/external audit/advisory experience in a multi-national organization preferredExperience understanding and translating requirements, evaluating business processes and recommending suite of preventive and detective controls to effectively mitigate riskExperience with risk management practices and principles, including the identification, evaluation, documentation, and communication of risksExperience carrying out control testing programs, including application of structured sampling methodologies and identification of testing proceduresBenefits:Benefits are a crucial part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
