Billing and Collections Specialist

What You’ll Do Monitor customer accounts for delayed or missed payments and follow up accordingly Communicate with customers to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing processes Analyze delinquent accounts and provide regular reports Manage our customer portals to ensure information is accurate and complete Ensure customers are paying via the appropriate methods and migrate customers from check to ACH/wire You Have proven experience as a Billing and Collections Specialist or similar role, 3-5 years of experience Have a strong knowledge of billing and collections procedures Are proficient in NetSuite, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Have experience working with various customer portals, such as Coupa, Ariba, Transcepta, etc. Have excellent communication skills Are able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively, stay very well organized Possess a keen attention to detail Are highly accountable and willing to roll up your sleeves Nice to Have Experience in the machine learning or computer hardware industry About Lambda We offer generous cash & equity compensation Investors include Gradient Ventures, Google’s AI-focused venture fund We are experiencing extremely high demand for our systems, with quarter over quarter, year over year profitability Our research papers have been accepted into top machine learning and graphics conferences, including NeurIPS, ICCV, SIGGRAPH, and TOG We have a wildly talented team of 200, and growing fast Health, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents Commuter/Work from home stipends 401k Plan with 2% company match Flexible Paid Time Off Plan that we all actually use Salary Range Information  Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is between $55,000-$75,000.
