Job Overview
Our University Partner Success team supports Coursera’s mission by making our open and for-credit content from elite institutions available in a flexible and affordable way for a global audience.
Coursera is looking for a Partner Success Manager who will support our Senior Partner Success Managers and assist in the launch and management of new degree and open content programs. You will be a natural leader and fantastic communicator who thrives on solving complex problems, creating processes, and launching highly successful programs. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, creative instincts, and the ability to navigate the fast-paced ambiguity of a high growth environment.
Responsibilities
Support Principal Partner Success Managers and strategize on innovative methods helping our partner universities reach their program and content production goals
Align with a broad set of cross-functional teams (Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Ops, Legal, etc.) to ensure your university partners are successful - from recruiting the best applicants to building high quality courses to providing a best-in-class student experience and ensuring on time high quality course launches
Manage the operations associated with Coursera courses and degree programs, including resolving issues, serving as a platform SME, overseeing content production, managing initiative trackers, and supporting partner communications as needed to ensure an exceptional partner experience
Provide platform and technical support to our partners to influence platform feature adoption, while managing the product feedback loop between partners and product teams
Analyze data to assess course and degree program health and manage/track degree KPIs
Travel up to 10%
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years experience managing relationships with partners or clients
Experience collaborating between senior stakeholders and operational execution to enable different audiences
Demonstrated analytical, strategic, & problem-solving skills and written communication skills
Experience in project management and process design
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated passion for building products or programs that meet the needs of students and universities
A passion for our mission, and achieving ambitious goals to bring high-quality educational experience to learners around the world
Level-headed temperament; ability to make quick judgments and defend decisions

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $91,035 and $130,410 . The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
