Product Design & Marketing is looking for a world-class Creative Designer for the App Store Editorial Design team. This is a role for the visual designer, communicator and problem solver who wants to have their hands in several things at once; who can deliver high polished design across media types, with great design aesthetics and an eye for detail. This role also requires extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to collaborate well with others. This position will work closely with the Creative Director, Art Directors, creative producers as well as cross functional producers to design, create and maintain Apple’s visual presence on store and across marketing efforts for Apple’s App Store. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Passion for a wide variety of editorial and digital design Fluency across graphic design, typography, photography and illustration Conceptual thinker who is strategically-centered and capable to implement from end to end with an extreme attention to detail Demonstrate command of visual and communication design principles Delivers highly-resolved works at the intersection of culture and design A keen ability to create work under minimal supervision, as well as, present solutions to the wider creative teams Has prior experience in a time-sensitive production focused creative environment Demonstrated mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch. After Effect is a plus. Strong illustration sensibility; sourcing, commissioning and briefing Clear and concise communication, organization skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once. Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Web, Graphic, Information, Communication design or equivalent
Additional Requirements Additional Requirements - Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in delivering strategic ideas and thorough design - 5+ years of experience in graphic design, editorial campaigns, content creations/delivery - Knowledgeable on Games and Apps is a plus - Passionate about the Apple brand and relentless in preserving its authenticity
