Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:CrowdStrike is seeking a Deal Review Consultant to join our Worldwide Sales and Operations Organization and Global Renewals Management Function within the Customer Acquisition and Retention Excellence Organization.  As a key sales and operations support function, the Deal Review Consultant is critical to CrowdStrike’s ability to achieve sustainable retention of key accounts, protect annual recurring revenue (ARR), and drive operational discipline in the field for customer retention and growth processes. This critical teammate will be responsible for: (i) building and scaling the deal review function (ii) driving execution through cross-functional partnerships across the organization.What You'll Do:Support the Field Sales Organization and Sales Operations team in driving ARR retention at scale through execution of the following:  Act as a business partner to the sales team in developing strategies for complex deals with a focus on financial and revenue complianceProvide sales leadership with financial modeling and evaluation of deal economics, commercial terms and conditions and operational requirementsActively communicate deal statuses and critical updates to sales management, ensuring transparency and timely information flow for strategic decision-makingMake recommendations to sales leadership on deal approvals Responsible for reviewing deals and ensuring they are structured accurately and result in accurate booking and ARR metrics Advise on pricing strategies for new go-to-market offerings Play a key role in scaling the Deal Review functionPropose and execute initiatives as part of the long term strategy for the deal review team Ensure that non-standard deals adhere to recognized revenue recognition principles Work cross functionally across various stakeholder groups including legal, sales operations, order management, revenue, finance and product managementFunction as point of contact and subject matter expert for sales on licensing and pricing models Drive adherence to internal processes and business rules Create and manage systematic CRM workflows alerting for non-standard ordersEngage in testing and implementation of new CPQ applications, providing feedback and insights to optimize these tools for operational efficiencyWhat You'll Need:6+ years of experience in enterprise sales and operations, finance and/or deal desk in high techExperience with Annual Recurring Revenue business modelBackground in data analysis, modeling and/or financial analysisAdvanced PowerPoint and Excel skillsExperience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and reporting as well as knowledge of data management and analytics solutionsKnowledge of Enterprise Sales Infrastructure, such as Salesforce CRM/CPQ. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $95,000 - $155,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
