If that sounds like something that would excite you too, we’dlove to meet you.At GoTo Guatemala we are looking for a Facilities Front Desk Coordinator to manage our reception on adaily basis, support facilities operation and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our company, while also interactingwith existent employees in order to support with any facilities-related issue.Your Day to DayAs a Facilities Front Desk Receptionist, you would be working on:• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the receptiondesk, and maintaining effective communication with security agents• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email to visitors, vendors, andemployees• Support office operation by managing facility issues with employees• Managing vendor relations and contact both with partners and internal teams• Assisting with the front desk activities of the office, including reception, phones, guests,packages, entry badges, etc.• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing•What We’re Looking ForAs a Facilities Front Desk Receptionist, your background will look like:• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role preferable• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Hands-on experience with office equipment• Solid written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (above 70%)• Open minded and being able to adapt to new situations easily• Excellent organizational skills• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.• Professional attitude and appearance• Strong customer service skills• High School Diploma• Schedule flexibility (On site - Monday to Friday)You’ll be working towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team greater than the sum ofits parts.
