As a business analyst, you will help translate business needs into solutions by collecting requirements and communicating those to development teams.You will partner with Worldwide business end users, performing systems analysis, preparing written business requirements for system changes, delivering process improvements, and project management of other business initiatives.You will act as a liaison to IT and responsible for testing, implementation, documentation, training, communication, and ongoing maintenance of approved business systems and processes.What You'll DoLead a team that build automation and capacity to Revenue operation teamsDevelops solutions that enable scalability, automation, and accuracy within the organizationLead team providing daily support to end users to ensure business process stabilityActively engage and communicate with business teams and IT to identify critical production issues and implement solutions. Proactively identify system or process issues and gaps to minimize incidentsWork with business partners to define, analyze and document requirements, aswell as find opportunities for new/improved processesLead the process to implement system changes, including the coordination of multi-functional business resources, testing, training, communication, implementation, and documentationCollaborate with business partners to prioritize requests for changeWhat You Need to Succeed: Sound English communication skills (verbal and written)Collaboration skills working with local and remote teamsGood attention to detailAble to prioritize tasks and ensure respecting timelinesAble to think through complex issues & propose alternative solutions to problemsAble to act in the implementation of new processes & improvement of existing processesHigh-reaching, willing to ask questions and use information to affect change & achieve resultsPreferred skills and knowledge:Technical background, database knowledge requiredExperience using Microsoft SharePoint preferredExperience using Microsoft PowerBI preferredExperience crafting, implementing, and improving new and existing processesExperience leading projects with remote/geographically dispersed team membersExperience using MS Office productsExperience using RPA software is a plusOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $103,200 -- $211,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
