Customer Welcome Center Experience LeadDescription -We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Customer Welcome Centre team as an CWC Experience Lead. As the Experience Lead, you will be responsible for orchestrating exceptional customer briefings and ensuring seamless communication between sales, category & other stakeholder teams. Your primary focus will be on delivering unparalleled experiences for our customers, leveraging your expertise in customer engagement and communication skills to drive success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of deep customer interactions, collaborating across teams & delivering high performance. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and deliver engaging and informative customer briefings that showcase our products, services, and solutions effectively.Collaborate closely with sales and category teams to understand client needs and objectives, ensuring that briefing content is tailored accordingly.Lead the coordination of all pre-briefing activities, including gathering relevant information, coordinating resources, and ensuring readiness for the presentation/Meetings.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers/stakeholders during the briefing process, addressing any questions or concerns to enhance their experience.Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in the briefing process and implement best practices accordingly. Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.Build and nurture strong relationships with teams, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.Provide feedback and insights to sales and category teams based on customer interactions, helping to refine messaging and help build strategies as appropriate.Monitor and track key performance indicators related to customer briefings, providing regular reports and analysis to inform decision-making. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.Strong knowledge of HP products portfolio & industry leading technologies. Competition product offering knowledge is an advantage.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.Demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams, collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and functions.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and exceeding goals.Sales processes and methodologies is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply for the role of CWC Experience Lead.
