OEM Program MgmtDescription -Job Summary• This role is responsible for assisting in various communication activities, including internal newsletters, event organization, and external communication materials. The role supports the development of field training materials and maintains confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Additionally, the role familiarizes with communication tools, collects feedback, and supports administrative tasks and priority projects within the organization.Responsibilities• Assists in creating and distributing internal communications such as newsletters, memos, and announcements.• Helps in organizing internal events, meetings, and town halls to foster employee engagement and alignment with company objectives.• Supports in the development of external communication materials, including press releases, articles, and social media content.• Assists in creating training materials, manuals, and guides including field newsletters, sales portal etc. to support field employees in their roles.• Supports in preparing executive communications, including presentations, speeches, and reports.• Maintains confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive executive-level information.• Familiarizes with communication tools and technologies used within the organization, such as email systems, intranet platforms, video conferencing tools, and collaboration software.• Collects feedback from field employees and documents insights to improve communication channels and resources.• Helps in administrative tasks like the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.• Supports priority projects with direction, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and sharing information via standardized reports.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in employee communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.Preferred CertificationsNAKnowledge & Skills• Business Priorities• Business Strategies• Change Management• Communication Strategies• Content Creation• Corporate Communications• Editorial Calendar• Employee Communications• Employee Engagement• Internal Communications• Intranet• Journalism• Marketing• Microsoft SharePoint• Newsletters• Proofreading• Public Relations• Social Media• Storytelling• Strategic CommunicationCross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts own work and acts as a team member by providing information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team efforts.Complexity• Learns to apply basic theories and concepts to work tasks.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
