Joining our EMEA Sales Strategy and Operations team, you'll become part of a dynamic group dedicated to driving business growth and efficiency in one of our key markets.About the RoleAs the Sales Strategy and Operations Lead for France, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth and efficiency in one of our key markets. Working closely with the Country Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, enhancing team performance, and fostering a culture of success to achieve our business objectives. Your role will involve leading strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional team leaders, and spearheading expansion plans to drive sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Country Manager to review and improve the management of the book of business in France.Coordinate extended team functions to optimize processes and ensure alignment with key business objectives.Establish cadence for weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities to drive pipeline creation, revenue attainment, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction.Cultivate a winning mentality within the sales team and work closely with the Country Manager to build a high-performing organization.Partner with sales analytics to monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for expansion.Facilitate the creation and execution of a 3-year expansion plan, covering people and organization, GTM strategy, branding, partnerships, new markets, product evolution, and acquisitions.Design a GTM plan for the new fiscal year aligned with the 3-year vision, including territory allocation and quota setting.Empower the sales team to excel and foster coordination with French, EMEA and global functions, including Solution Consultants, Marketing, Alliances, Value Management, Customer Success Management, Professional Services, Strategic Account Office, Corporate Sales Development, Legal, Deal Management, Private Equity and Product Development and Strategy.Create innovative content, programs, and processes that can be leveraged across the organization, promoting repeatability and scalability.Bring a fresh perspective to the business, identifying new ideas and opportunities for adaptation and innovation.About YouBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred10-15 years of work experience in a management consulting firm, sales or sales strategy, corporate strategy preferably in the software and technology sector.At least 5 years of experience in leading or coordinating teamsFluency in English languageSkills and Experience:Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and GTM strategies.Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of driving high performance.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.Innovative mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation.Join us in shaping the future of our business in France and driving growth in one of our most strategic markets.
