Must have solid presentation skills and team leadership capabilities, empathize with customer business drivers and challenges and be able to translate them into scalable technology solutions with the best ROI. Must have superb communication and relationship building skills, who can quickly and easily understand complex processes and problems, document requirements, then work together with both business partners and IT to manage the implementation of solutions. Someone who can take ownership to create and lead the delivery of systems and advise on budget requirements, including clear breakdowns. As a trusted advisor, this person will also give guidance on standard processes, prioritization, and other business insight when appropriate. The role is positioned to not simply resolve existing issues but shape the future of Contracts and Risk Management by improvement to both internal processes but also eBay’s bottom line. This person will be the technical delivery manager for this area and must have a core technical background in the key systems below.Technologies: Third Party API’s, SaaS solutions (Icertis and Aravo), SharePoint, Jira, Plus (Salesforce, Ariba, SAP)Services: Web services, SSO, AD, SSL Certificate UpgradesDatabases: SQL Server, Oracle, MS-AccessMethodologies: Iterative, Waterfall, AgileResponsibilities include:Overseeing and managing Third Party Engagement Projects, enhancements, and issues. Identify potential risk & mitigate against them. Assess the impact of rollout on existing systems and agree on changes with senior partners.Oversight of all system changes, including configuration, SaaS solution upgrades, certificate upgrades, Workflow/Rules, Surveys, templates, attributes etc. for Icertis and Aravo applications.Leads technical discussion with interface teams and infrastructure teams to ensure planned approach and solutions meet quality expectations) and obtained required signoff.Partners with all project collaborators (Technology, Business Partners) to interpret and refine the functional and technical (system and infrastructure) requirements in alignment with the scope of the project, the expected timeline and quality objectives for various Legal systems.Coordinates with required parties and ensures completion of required documentation for a project such as Business requirements document (BRD), Detailed Requirements Document (DRD) etc.Develops and iterates the required project work, such as Technical Design Document (TDD)/Data schemas, Integration flow diagrams, Test cases and Production Handoff Document (PHD) etc. and get necessary approvals.Leads technical issue investigation and resolution during testing phase (system integration testing, regression testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing).Ensures project solution is in alignment with ITSS standards and (e.g., architecture guidelines, development standards, InfoSec requirements, SSO guidelines, Privacy Risk Assessments etc.).Maintains project documentation in project repository (SharePoint) to reflect current updates and maintain UpToDate documentation.Comprehensively reports on project work’ status to provide insight to overall progress to the team members.Proactively identifies, manages, resolves and/or raises external dependencies and technology risks and issues to the responsible Manager.Provides or facilitates domain expertise to assess the impact of proposed CRs (Change Requests) on the project work and involve the right teams for resolution (e.g., involve Architecture team, Infrastructure, and Interface Team to determine impact of CRs)Communicates to Release/Change Management the scope, dependencies, and impact/risk to the production environment for the release coordination.Collaborate with the Security team to ensure all the work are meeting Infosec guidelines and standards.Able to write quick scripts to solve any technical problems.Work with vendors to resolve technical issues with vendor hosted systems (i.e. Icertis and Aravo)Works with the IT Risk & Resiliency team to maintain Business continuity & Tech recovery plans and implement annual DR (Disaster Recovery) exercises for the applications in scope.Quick learner of technologies and provide recommendations to our business partners.
