Come grow with us at Demandbase!   About this role: Demandbase is looking for an exceptional Sr. Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the VP of Product Marketing. You will drive both inbound and outbound product marketing activities for the Advertising offerings within the Demandbase platform. This role is a full-stack product marketing role. You will be responsible for outbound activities such as product positioning & messaging, launch planning and management, and enablement of the field (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) in close collaboration with Revenue Enablement. Additional inbound activities include market research, competitive analysis, and VoC / customer listening programs. Key success metrics drive customer value, adoption, and business growth in your product area. The position requires functional knowledge and experience in B2B SaaS in a sales-led growth environment. Preferred direct experience in marketing/sales/advertising technology ecosystem and/or data products, where your target audience is the Marketing, Sales, and/or RevOps organizations. This position allows you to make a significant impression on the business, take on substantial projects, and grow your career.  We have a preference for candidates currently residing in the San Francisco area, Austin area, or NYC. The base compensation range for this position, not including bonus, is: $125,000 - $160,000   What you’ll be doing: Assist with creating compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with the advertising persona. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and updates. Train on existing and new product offerings, including creating training decks and videos. Create impactful marketing collateral, including product presentations, datasheets, case studies, and website content. Analyze competitors, competitive landscape, and wins/losses and summarize findings in a way that helps teammates easily understand our competitive differentiation. Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to inform product strategy and marketing campaigns. In conjunction with the Revenue Enablement team, provide sales teams with the tools and resources they need to effectively communicate the value proposition of our sales features and products. Identify and leverage customer success stories to build trust and credibility in the market. Work closely with demand generation teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand for our products. Collaborate with product management, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives. What we’re looking for: 5-6 years of product marketing experience in a B2B software environment. Strong understanding of Advertising and/or Account-Based Marketing (ABM) concepts and principles is required. Experience selling B2B software for the marketing and/or sales persona. Experience developing and executing go-to-market plans. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proven ability to create compelling marketing collateral and content. Strong self-project management skills. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across different functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
