Job Requisition ID #24WD76660Position Overview We're seeking a passionate and experienced Senior User Experience Designer to play a pivotal role in integrating AI into the future of design tools. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with top-notch machine learning researchers, engineers, and leadership teams, directly impacting how our customers design and make a better world.Responsibilities:Push creativity and challenge conventional thinking to solve a large assortment of design problems.Lead qualitative research to uncover market opportunities, understanding user needs, behaviours, and attitudes.Co-create elegant user-centric experiences that delight niche professional users. Communicate UX/UI through user flows, wireframes, and visual design. Ensure brand consistency across our product suite. Bring order & simplicity to complex interactions; be able to distil complex ideas to their essence. Contribute to development of internal design systems.Craft functional prototypes and conduct usability tests to validate design concepts. Utilize both quick and extensive evaluation methods based on project needs.Work intimately with AI researchers, engineers, designers, and management to help align product vision, strategy, and execution with customer research insights. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure that the design intent is maintained throughout our entire development cycle.Present research findings and designs compellingly to internal and external teams and stakeholders at all levels.Minimum Qualifications:5+ years in human-centred design, experienced in design communication across levels of fidelity: mock-ups, prototypes, and technical documents. You're a full-stack designer and Figma expert.You'll own designs from concept to final pixel.Experience in designing solutions based on customer data and insights.Strong skills in conveying ideas through sketches, storyboards, and animations, particularly in diverse, customer-focused environments.Preferred Qualifications:Experienced in building AI-mediated experiences.Experienced in developing experiences across platforms (desktop, web, mobile, XR); frontend development experience with React/QML components is a plus.Passionate about developing next-gen conceptual design tools.Driven to create beautiful interfaces and user experiences.Exceptional portfolio, demonstrating a keen sense of visuals and problem-solving skill.Experience with agile software design and development methods.Experience with 3D or Autodesk products.Join us in defining the future of design with AI.
