Job Requisition ID #24WD76707Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to join our scrum team that we are setting up in Pune, India to contribute to Fusion Manufacturing Data Model (MFGDM). MFGDM is the foundation of Manufacturing Cloud and core Data Framework for Autodesk Cloud Flagship Product – Autodesk Fusion. You will report to manager and its a hybrid work modelResponsibilitiesWork with and manage the needs of a range of stakeholders to clarify business and engineering requirementsYou will translate systems design and requirements into actionable user stories, prioritize the stories and deliver releasable increments every sprintYou will ensure that requirements are met, and the development team is building the right thing for the customerWork with up to 2-3 scrum teams to break down product requirements to Epics and User StoriesIdentify detailed acceptance criteria for User StoriesPrioritize work for scrum teams, ensuring incremental delivery of value over timeManage a growing product backlog and team member expectationsRun product backlog grooming, estimation and planningWork with Architect and development team to identify functional and non-functional requirements of product and break them down in to thinly sliced Epics and User StoriesIdentify detailed acceptance criteria for deliverablesParticipate in validation of deliverablesCommunicate status and deliverables to team members and collect feedback for the development teamCreate analytics to improve development initiatives with usMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent5+ years of product owner or equivalent experience on commercial Web productsHands-on experience with at least one CAD/PDM/PLM systemExcellent understanding of work processes in the manufacturing industryExperience working on a scrum teamA, accountable person with a understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile development practices/tooling and a broad knowledge of full software development lifecycleAn excellent communicator, both in written and verbal form, with the ability to present to large audiences and lead group activitiesA multitasker who can prioritize and manage your time and multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, results-oriented environmentWillingness to collaborate with colleagues across different time zonesAnd acceptance of changing requirements, even late in the development cyclePreferred QualificationsCertified Scrum Product Owner or Advanced Scrum Product Owner#LI-AK1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
