You will be responsible for the product's continued success, focusing on maintaining and growing the customer base and revenue.Responsibilities:Own the product roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.Develop and implement product features that enhance customer value and satisfaction.Manage product pricing and packaging strategies to optimize revenue generation.Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product features.Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.Manage relationships with key stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to win-loss, retention, and revenue growth.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Experience in Workload Automation domain is preferred.15+ years of experience in product management, ideally with B2B products.Proven track record of success in driving product growth and revenue generation.Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Deep understanding of customer needs and experience (CX) best practices.Experience with product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe, Lean) a plus.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $132,000  $220,000This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
