Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:As an implementation engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical customer on-boarding and project management support for CrowdStrike’s Identity Protection products. You will be on-boarding new customers into the product while ensuring a successful deployment of Identity Protection capabilities based on the customer’s goals and success plan. The technical horizon is fast-paced and rapidly changing with diverse customer needs and frequent product updates, therefore needing individuals who are adaptable and laser focused. What You’ll Do:Onboard new customers and perform project management activities, including tracking deployment progress and issuesAssist & guide customers to deploy and operationalize the Identity Protection solutionWeekly technical & project management meetings with customers to discuss status, technical questions/issues, etc. Document troubleshooting guides, KBs and problem resolution stepsProvide best practice recommendations and knowledge transfer to customers to ensure adoption of the product  Work internally with cross-functional teams and leadership to escalate customer issues to support and product Deliver effective technical & customer support to a wide array of customers within different industries globally What You’ll Need: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Field Engineer/Technical Customer Success/Post-Sales Engineer, providing hands-on support for enterprises of all sizesProven technical knowledge in Networking, Microsoft Windows Servers, and Active Directory (Microsoft MVP with specialization in Active Directory – highly desirable)Knowledge of protocols such as Kerberos, LDAP/S and NTLMKnowledge of security or networking solutions, especially the UEBA, SIEM, IAM or PAM domainsKnowledge of virtual and public/private cloud deployments (HyperV, VMware ESXi , AWS, GPC and Azure)Enterprise security-related experienceProblem solver/ability to conceptualize & deliver solutionsExperience documenting technical issues and providing guidance for technical teams & customer Clear and professional presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively in front of audiences at all levels (technical, management, c-suite, etc.)#LI-Remote#LI-RL1Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $130,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
