Join us!About the Role:As a member of the HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Team, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of people activities, including Workplace Investigations, Performance Management, Talent Management, Engagement, Employee Development, Recognition, Compensation and Compliance. You will collaborate with America's Employee Relations Partners and HR Business Partners to support processes and programs that will impact employees throughout several stages of the employee lifecycle. You will develop an understanding of the HR Business Partner and Employee Relations organization and how it partners with other COEs to provide the business the tools to be successful.
