Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:CrowdStrike is seeking an Enterprise Renewal Sales Specialist Manager to join our Worldwide Sales and Operations Organization and Global Renewals Management Function within the Customer Acquisition and Retention Excellence Organization.  As a key sales and operations support function, the Enterprise Renewal Sales Specialist Manager is critical to CrowdStrike’s ability to achieve sustainable retention of key accounts, protect annual recurring revenue (ARR), and drive operational discipline in the field for renewals management and deal support activities. This critical teammate will be responsible for: (i) scaling the enterprise renewals specialist function (ii) driving execution through cross-functional partnerships across the organization.What You'll Do:Support the Field Sales Organization and Sales Operations team in driving ARR retention at scale through execution of the following:  Lead a team of enterprise renewal specialists who are responsible for supporting the enterprise field sales team with the renewal sales process  The enterprise renewal sales specialists team supports the enterprise sellers with renewals and complex quote creation as well as deal support activitiesManage a team of Enterprise Renewal Specialists to ensure timely and accurate quoting of renewalsEnsuring proper KPI's and reporting are in place to monitor the effectiveness of the teamContinuously evaluating opportunities for process improvementCollaborate with sales leadership on scope of deal support activities and act as escalation point of contactDevelop enterprise renewal sales specialists team coverage model based on alignment of support to various theaters/countries/customer segmentsCreate controls to ensure proper renewals quoting and contract data accuracyImplement an automated workflow for intake of quoting requests and monitor and track team effectiveness Document and maintain complex quote structures and best practices in a central repository. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $95,000 - $155,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
