As a key member of our AEP Support team, you’ll help ensure customer success and value realization from the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. We focus on building trust and familiarity with our customers, and through understanding their business objectives, effectively advocate on their behalf across the organization!What you’ll do:We provide timely response and resolution to technical queriesBuild and maintain knowledge of customer environments and key business objectivesAdvocate on behalf of our accounts with our internal product teamsWe collaborate with the wider Ultimate team to provide customer centric data and insights into customer facing service reviewsRecord and document all customer interactions in accordance with Customer Care standard methodologies and guidelinesTroubleshoot and qualify cases before raising to EngineeringContribute Content to our KnowledgebaseWhat you’ll need to succeed:Superb communications skills both written and verbalFluency in English and one other European languageAbility to prioritize and effectively handle your workloadExperience in evaluating and understanding business impact of technical issuesDemonstrable ability to find innovative ways to solve complex technical problemsExperience in one or more of the following: Python, JavaScript, and jQueryExperience with SQL and database managementExperience with data insertion and reporting API’s, SOAP, REST and PHP Experience in debugging code by using Web developer toolsUnderstanding of Azure Data Lake or Delta LakeUnderstanding of a CDP (Customer Data Platform)Knowledge of Cloud Storage, CRMs and Streaming ConnectionsAs our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
