This is where you help us achieve our mission.Your Day to DayAs an Onboarding Project Manager, you would be working on:Customer satisfaction --- You will continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationshipsOnboarding experience --- You will guide our customers from selling our product to the point they are live and operationalProcess improvement --- You will work with numerous departments to continually optimize our way of workWhat We’re Looking ForAs an Onboarding Project Manager, your background will look like:Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject preferred but not required2+ years of experience in a similar role or in a customer care position working on a team focused on bottom-line growthAbility to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment with strong attention to detailExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsSelf-motivated and organized with a strong desire to succeed and growGerman knowledge is an advantage but not a requirementYou’ll be working towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team that is very much the sum of its parts.
