Lead-to-Cash is a process re-engineering program tasked to dramatically simplify and streamline HP's processes from lead generation to cash collection; sponsored by HP’s ELT (Executive Leadership Team). Effective management of the Lead to Cash process will lead to increased efficiency, better customer experience, and increased revenue for the organization.Overview:We are seeking Customer Master Global Process Owner Leader to join our Lead to Cash (L2C) Process Excellence team. This role is instrumental to develop best in class cross-functional business process for Customer Master (pan HP) ensuring end-to-end efficiency and effectiveness and improved customer experience.Key ResponsabilitiesResponsible for definition, strategic alignment and execution of Customer Master transformation roadmap across HP working with all impacted departments on Lead-to-Cash value chain (f.e.g., Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance).Defines North Star vision inclusive of best-in-class measures of success aligned to external benchmarks and associated business case to support the transformational effort.Leads the Customer Master transformation in a multifaceted organization pan-HP.Fully accountable for the success of the designated function across HP. Influences strategy and sets policy and direction.Oversees customer master transformation project scope, prioritizes initiatives, and determines resource & capability/asset needs.Establishes and ensures effective governance of projects and/or programs.Owns a considerable number of measurable functional, operational, and strategic goals or priorities in Customer Master area for HP.Assumes responsibility for the successful implementation of business plans in Customer master transformation.Acts as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business.Ensures Process Analysis, Design and Documentation as well as any internal templates and handbooks are in place.Understands root cause analysis to identify key issues, including policy/strategy issues, process issues, investment​.Develops & maintains relevant RACI for the customer master process. ​Develops measurement concepts on process efficiency and ensures implementation. ​ A set of KPIs and adoptions metrics for Customer Master will be leading indicators that show the proper implementation. The lagging indicators per process reflect the dollarized benefits of the process improvements and time savings for HP. Sales satisfaction and VIA feedback on process and tools (where applicable for Customer Master global process).Makes necessary changes to global process to ensure KPI’s are maintained. ​Ensures User stories and/or BRDs for process changes are available and up to date.Ensures transformational process changes are being deployed using Lead to Cash change management and deployment standards.Optimizes efficient process flows & automation. ​Partners with and influences clients at executive level on a regular basis.Collaborates and negotiates with senior business leaders to resolve overly complex customer master issues.Drives strategies and initiatives by exercising governance oversight in customer master discipline.Works in partnership with HP IT and various Customer Master Data departments across HP to design and implement Data Quality Initiatives, including associated tools/processes. Education and Experience Required:First-level university degree required; advanced university degree preferred.Typically, 12+ years of experience in Customer Master domain/sExperienced in managing large functional discipline for a Fortune 500 companyUnderstanding of design thinking and Business process re-engineering concepts needed.Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal and presentation. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as needed.Ability to lead others (direct or non-direct reports) in managing multiple projects while staying within the scope of the overall strategy, and to effectively manage a budget.Strong leadership and staff development and engagement skills and ability to build partnerships across various functions.Firsthand experience designing and implementing process transformations and managing medium-scale processes and programs.
