We are looking for an Operations Process Specialist who can analyze and document operational processes/workflows that are used by the globally distributed AIML Data Operations organization. This position will be based at the Apple corporate campus in Hyderabad. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 1 year of experience in process documentation, workflow support or similar roles. Experience with developing and improving standard operating procedures. Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to work effectively across globally distributed/virtual teams. Influencer who is able to quickly form new partnerships, organize and motivate problem solving teams, and drive effective outcomes based on root cause analysis. Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment; proven ability to work with ambiguity. Story-teller who can visually and verbally communicate wins and learnings. Experience with process mapping techniques and tools. Description Description As an Operations Process Specialist, you will be responsible for documenting, improving, and delivering the processes that support the Global AIML Data Operations team. You will be driven by data analysis to identify process waste and improve business outcome value by implementing simple yet effective changes. You will work closely with the Senior Process Engineer and PMO to review program setup, ensure alignment with current or future program goals and strategies and improve workflows and outcomes. This is a global position which will need flexibility to work closely with global partners across timezones. Day to day responsibilities include: • Partner with global program leads to assess existing processes, plan and implement standard operating procedures to streamline operational and administrative processes, achieve global consistency and improve efficiency. • Drive process documentation and standardization for global operations. Create and maintain business SOPs with proper version control. • Perform Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, KPI management. Be proactive in identifying continuous improvement areas in operational processes to drive resulting initiatives. This is a highly reciprocal position that requires working with Tools, Quality, Training and Operations Teams to deliver premier process solutions.
