This position will be based in Pune, India. Our team cultivates relationships with our business partners built on collaboration & trust to support a rapidly growing business; transforming visions of improving efficiency and operational effectiveness into reality through technology, innovation and inspiration.About the RoleThe candidate will have direct hands on experience in Salesforce.com, configuration and implementation.In this role you will be part of a team that is focused on delivering a world-class application support experience for enterprise applications. A team player, collaboration-oriented, mindset is essential.Minimum Skills Required for this job are all aspects of Salesforce configuration, strong Apex, Visualforce & Lightning Development with an attitude to learn new technologies.Responsibilities:Software Application Development on the Salesforce platform using Object Oriented design methodologies and Salesforce technologies- Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, Salesforce IntegrationsEnsure Salesforce best practices have been followedHands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning Experience & Lightning Components implementationKnowledge of CI/CD tools and relevant implementation best practicesApplication/component design experience with Salesforce.com capabilities including integration scenariosHands-on in designing & configuring custom objects, custom fields, custom formula fields, validation rules, page layouts, custom reports, automation tools as per application requirementsApplication/component design experience with Salesforce.com capabilities including integration scenariosCreate documentation, maintain standardization and look for ways to continuously improve processes & proceduresAbout YouBasic Qualifications:Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in configuring and developing custom Apex/Visualforce/Lightning code in the areas of Sales CloudExperience in workflow and approval administration, creating validation rules, maintaining custom objects, customizing fields, page layouts, list views, Bulk data uploads using the Data LoaderExperience with a complete software development life cycle 1-2 years' experience developing with LightningExperience on an Agile Scrum project delivered under Continuous Delivery / DevOps is preferredOther Qualifications:Must be a good team player and a quick learnerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCapable of interacting with technical and functional teams and communicating challenges and risksStrong sense of accountability, taking ownership over projects and responsibilities and resolving issues proactivelyBachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent in experience)Experience with Conga CLM(preferred)Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
