About the Role We’re looking for a Netsuite CPQ Administrator to be the owner of all things CPQ. In this role you will collaborate with various internal teams to identify and prioritize CPQ related projects that align with our business needs. Your responsibilities will encompass solution design, development, testing, and deployment, along with configuring NetSuite CPQ and other related modules. You'll also provide support to end-users, ensure compliance with standards, offer training, and deliver insightful reports.  What You’ll Do: Take ownership of the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tool in NetSuite Gather business requirements from internal teams (e.g. sales, sales engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, accounting) to identify new products to add into NetSuite CPQ, as well as any additional enhancements needed for existing products. Assist in consolidation efforts into CPQ for the entire organization, and to remove the need for the existing homegrown quoting tool. Collaborate with product managers and sales to determine roadmap and prioritization in line with business needs Work with stakeholders to build and improve the Quote to Cash (Q2C) flow as it relates to CPQ  Support end-to-end solutioning: design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite CPQ functionality and enhancements to meet business needs Configure and maintain NetSuite custom records (relational database) and advanced pdf templates as it relates to NetSuite CPQ. Write and troubleshoot complex logic and scripts to execute various processes in NetSuite CPQ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely support to end-users Stay current with NetSuite CPQ updates and best practices, applying them to optimize system performance Support end-users to maximize their utilization of NetSuite CPQ features. This includes documentation and providing training in either 1:1 or group settings Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights into business operations Coordinate with NetSuite consultants on an as needed basis You Have experience implementing complex configurations in NetSuite CPQ (or equivalent CPQ tool) Possess 2+ years of experience in NetSuite administration Have experience with SuiteBuilder Are quick to learn hardware configurations and cloud computing business models Have a high level of business acumen that helps you collaborate with internal stakeholders Nice to Have  NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification SuiteScript or Javascript experience System architecture Solid understanding of supply chain management and manufacturing flows About Lambda We offer generous cash & equity compensation Investors include Gradient Ventures, Google’s AI-focused venture fund We are experiencing extremely high demand for our systems, with quarter over quarter, year over year profitability Our research papers have been accepted into top machine learning and graphics conferences, including NeurIPS, ICCV, SIGGRAPH, and TOG We have a wildly talented team of 200, and growing fast Health, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents Commuter/Work from home stipends 401k Plan with 2% company match Flexible Paid Time Off Plan that we all actually use Salary Range Information  Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,000.
